Delaware School of Real Estate offers the 99-hour Delaware Real Estate Pre-Licensing course in a day session as well as an evening session:
 
  * Day session classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with a 1 hour break from 12:00 to 1:00pm)
 
  * Evening session classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
 
Cost of the program is $595 which includes tuition and books. 
 
For Summer 2025, we will be holding a DAY SESSION ONLY - class dates are July 9th to August 13th, 2025. (Note: our next evening session will begin in September; please see the 2025 Schedule section for specific dates)
 
The format for our Summer day class will be LIVE DISTANCE EDUCATION via Zoom.  Students must have a computer with internet access (desktop, laptop or tablet), functioning video camera, microphone and speakers to participate in the live virtual instruction.  Students are required to remain visible on camera at all times during the class.
